Mystery shopping will form the focus of a forum organised by the Luxembourg Movement for Quality.

The event, held on July 12, at Autopolis, will see a number of experts discuss their experiences of how mystery shopping is used in the automotive and catering industries.

Mystery shopping is a practice whereby undercover judges will grade a company's services. The aim is to help firms improve the quality of services offered.

Among stakeholders presenting their experiences will be Ed Goedert from Autopolis and Luc Biever, who will discuss the TNS ILRES report Outline of Mystery Shopping.

Jos Gloden will speak on behalf of the Luxembourg Movement for Quality and present the guest speakers.

The event, which is in French, begins at 5pm. For more information, visit www.mlq.lu
