A developer closely involved in the Wickrange/Livrange controversy is to claim damages from the Luxembourg State.
Guy Rollinger's lawyer, George Krieger, announced that his client will file a complaint against the State before the end of June.
The complaint calls for damages after the government had a dramatic change of heart over a development in Wickrange, which Mr Rollinger was leading.
Me. Krieger said that the situation is being closely examined to calculate the damage incurred through the affair.
The developer launched the project to construct a shopping centre in Wickrange in 2009.
He has already filed a complaint concerning the release through RTL of a recording in which an unknown person threatens to break Mr Rollinger's neck.
The recording was made without his knowledge and released without his permission, he says. The complaints follow an investigation into the government handling of Wickrange and one other proposed development in Livange.
It is alleged that ministers and the Prime Minister use threats against Mr Rollinger to encourage him to drop his development.
