(CS) The Lux Golf Center in Kockelscheuer is opening its doors on Monday, offering a driving range, putting zone and pitching green.
While the centre was set to open in April, project manager Frank Navarro explained that the bad weather had led to delays. The ongoing rain had threatened the lawn, and construction work had to be stopped repeatedly.
While the facilities are not yet all finished, the centre is fully functional. But, as Navarro pointed out, there is no 9-hole or 18-hole course. Instead, the centre is a training facility to work on perfecting your game. There are also taster sessions to get a first grip on a golf club.
Rates vary between 10 euros for a day's pass including one bucket of golf balls to 210 euros for a year's subscription.
On Monday's opening day the Lux Golf Centre is offering free entry.
