Parking tickets get new look

Soon to shine in a new look
Photo: LW Archive

(CS) Starting Monday, March 5, parking tickets in the City of Luxembourg will have a new look, comprising more information, and bank details rather than a payment slip.

The new tickets will be printed on site by the traffic warden, and will include information on the infraction, the location of the car, as well as its licence plate number and country of matriculation, and of course the amount to be paid.

Instead of a payment slip, the new document will include details for a bank transfer.

Old parking ticket will still need to be paid. The old format will continue to be used in other communes, and by City traffic wardens in case of technical errors.
