(CS) Grand Duchess Maria Teresa's fashion forward outfits at the Queen's Diamond Jubilee celebrations have earned her a new title, as she was crowned “Queen of Elegance” by people magazine Paris-Match.
At last weekend's events the Grand Duchess wore a fuchsia outfit with matching shoes. With a simple yet elegant cut, and the eye-catching bow detail, the outfit was a dream, Paris-Match commented.
Maria Teresa also earned rave reviews for her pale turquoise look for the evening gala. The floor-length gown featured lavish embroidery and brought glamour to the evening, said Paris-Match.
But it was not just the Grand Duchess who made it onto the pages of the magazine. Countess Stéphanie de Lannoy, Prince Guillaume's fiancée, was said to have been a bit shy at her first public appearance in Sweden. However, the magazine applauded her for the good first impression she made among Europe's royals at the christening of Princess Estelle.
