What should I do if my paper is late, wet, damaged, or not delivered at all?

Please call our customer service to report the problem. We ask that you please contact us by 1pm during the week and by 10am on Saturday if there is a problem with delivery to get you a cover.

What is the meaning of “e-paper”?

E-paper is the digital version of your newspaper; it’s a one-to-one copy of the printed Luxemburger Wort. Via internet access you can read e-paper everywhere and anytime worldwide.

How to change my address?

Please call our customer service. Alternatively send us your new address by mail, don’t forget to add the date of beginning of the new address, your subscription-number, your address and a call number.

What to do with my newspaper while I’m on vacation?

Please call our customer service. You have different options you can choose: e.g. redirection of the newspaper to your vacation spot or another address.
