(CS/Ch.L) King Philippe and Queen Mathilde of Belgium will visit Luxembourg on December 2 as part of their first official state visits.
It had been announced in September that the couple's first state visits would be made to its Benelux partners, the Netherlands and Luxembourg.
The new king and queen met with King Willem-Alexander and Queen Máxima of the Netherlands in early November.
On December 2, Luxembourg will follow. However, the programme has not yet been finalised, a spokesperson of the Brussels royal household commented.
In October, Philippe and Mathilde visited Arlon, just across the border from Luxembourg, as part of a tour of Belgium following their investiture earlier this year.
