The Economic and Social Council of Luxembourg (CES) celebrated its 50th anniversary on Thursday evening at the Philharmonie.
The celebration welcomed familiar faces such as Grand Duke Henri, Prime Minister Bettel and Parliament Speaker Mars Di Bartolomeo, among others. CES President Pascale Toussing welcomed the guests.
Established in 1966, the CES consults the government on issues related to economic and social policy and serves as a forum for discussions in these areas.
